I am now down 42 lbs in 8 weeks! Sure a lot of that was baby related weight, but I’ve been working very hard too. I took a month off after the c-section and couldn’t wait any longer to get back at it. I do a cardio and yoga workout 5 days a week, lift weights 4 days a week, and run 6 days a week. And 1 glorious day a week I rest!!
I gained 50 lbs. exactly with both of my boys and they were both exactly 9 lbs. 14 oz. when they were born. Crazy similarities.
My goal is another 15 lbs. I’ll be pre-pregnant weight in 8 lbs., but I gained some additional weight during the 2 prior pregnancies/losses. Hopefully it will all be gone in time for summer and my husband’s 10 year class reunion!
Time to get to it!!!

Congratulations on your success! I am amazed at your commitment and dedication while you are also raising 2 young children.
I have no excuse not to exercise, the hardest part for me is getting started each day, once I get the first 10 minutes in I start to like it.
