Not sure if I am or not. I’d like to believe I’ve become a creature of habit when it comes to making healthy lifestyle and fitness a behavior pattern or practice that’s almost involuntary or simply a way of life. But when it comes down to the detailed reality of that healthy lifestyle and fitness, sometimes I just need it to be a little more serendipitous and not so much same old, same old.
So last night I changed it up a bit and headed to Riverside Park (in Grand Rapids) for an evening run. There’s something about being surrounded by water, green grass and trees with glorious sunshine and a nice breeze that is utterly invigorating.
