Hey Brian I have been doing alot of research and looking into the race. I hope you have been too since I won’t see you till the race. Also may I borrow your yellow mountain bike so I can go hit up Yankee Springs and get some practice in. There is a video on the facebook page that scares me a bit as to what the bike portion might look like. I am also going to go for some trail running too. I know this is an Urban race but I just want to be prepared. Plus I think trial running is a blast. Also I know I was always the one with the map but you might want to get some practice in and get aquainted with a map of Grand Rapids. I think I am going to go for a couple walks down there next week and really pay attention to some of the signage and buildings. There have been a couple clues posted on the facebook and one is the old fire station over by Founders. I hope your training teammate!!!
