Aftermath update…

I realized the other day that I forgot to give an update regarding my previous post of the natural 10 day diet Sarah Hamm and I were experimenting with!In short, I did feel a little more refreshed in the beginning of the diet, but I felt very exhausted towards the end.  I’m blaming my lack of carbs. Also, exercizing seemed much more difficult, and I found that I wasn’t able to workout to the best of my ability.  As good of an idea as we thought this was in the beginning, we won’t be doing it again anytime soon!

I’m hoping to begin the P90X dvds that I bought a couple months ago.  I’ve done a few of the dvds but haven’t fully committed to the program yet.  Has anybody finished P90X?  If so, any opinions or suggestions you could share?

My husband has done P90 X. It is a very intense program but he was able to get very toned with it. I did it with him but found the pull ups and push ups to be challenging. I recently did the Insanity program and got better results because it has more cardio. It does help if you have someone who is willing to do one of these programs with you, to motivate you along the way. Let me know if you have any more questions.

It is an intense cardio program. You can order it online or I got it on craigs list for about half the price. I like it because it focuses on your core so it toned my abs without having to do sit ups.
