“Youth is not a time of life but a state of mind.” I read this quote this morning and I am still thinking about what that means to me as 2011 is coming to a close. I look back at the “bump in the road” that slowed me down in August, but it never made me think it was the “end of the road” for my athletic goals that I was looking at setting for 2012. Giving up is not an option! As all of you look back upon 2011, I hope you keep a youthful state of mind when you make your plans for 2012! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
