 abowman I was lucky enough to have parents who moved to Harbor Springs in 1973. Watching my Dad get up every morning, year round to run, and seeing my Mom teach "aerobics" (it was the 80's mind you) must have made a good impression. After moving back to town in 1996, I soon became interested in triathlon which culminated in 5 Ironman events between 2002 and 2008. Now with kids in the picture, I plan to enjoy getting back into the sport by participating in the many local events held throughout Northern Michigan. |
Carrot on stick
After my trainer ride this morning, I decided it was time to replace the long dead DVD player in our basement. I can’t take another morning of watching that tiny clock at the top of the screen on Sportscenter.
Now if I can just find a movie somewhere in our house that wasn’t produced by Pixar…
