My goal this year is to ride Dalmac, the 4 day East ride at the end of August. My hubby and I are both riding that and we are well prepared. We’ll have in over a 1000 training milesby the time the ride comes around. After that I’ll likely do the Borgess Run Camp again, although that doesn’t start till December if I train for another spring marathon. So I pondering what to do for the fall? I’d like to do some heart rate monitor training, I just need something to train for… any ideas out there? I’m thinking maybe a trail run – which I’ve never done an official one of those. I aiming for Mid October or end of Nov.
