If you are looking for a fun 5k to enjoy with your family, keep this one in mind next summer. The color run is a perfect blend of exercise and fun for those that like to run, walk or meandor.
We assembled a team for this event, “Color Me Sweaty” and we joined over 10,000 other participants in this 5k race. They let groups of 1000 plus off in waves between 8:00 – 9:00 am and runners would be colored along the course. It was a blast and you could tell everyone was having a good time. As runners came in, you assembled at Calder Plaza and every so often they would have a color blast where runners would open their paint packets and shake them in the air to create a huge color cloud.
