This is what I ask myself everyday. If I am going to workout then what is it that I am going to do? How intense should I be? Would I be better off recovering from my workout yesterday by eating extremely well (fueling my billions of little engines) and loosening up my body? Perhaps this would be a day that I choose to do something great for someone else perhaps even a stranger. Maybe even being super kind to my wife or kids and do something just for them. It is amazing to realize that with the right attitude you can put yourself into a great mood everyday (if you so choose). If you are not trying this out you are missing out on an unbelievable simple process to create a positive influenced day. Day after day. One day at a time. Until there are no days left. I choose to do that and I hope you do too. You will find immediate satisfaction with a long term payoff. Yes, sometimes you can have your cake and eat it too!
