Do you ever work out and regret it?

I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement and I surround myself with it everywhere.  Sitting on my desk at work, is a framed Nike quote that reads,

“No one ever works out and regrets it.  You never go out for a run and then when you’re finished, wish you would have just stayed home.  You never climb a mountian, get to the top, and say, ‘I should have just been content to stay where I was.’”

No matter what your workout of choice is, you always feel better afterwards.  So just get out there and do it!!!

That is very true. For me, working out after a long day is difficult. But once I finally get into it, all is well.

Thanks for sharing those words of wisdom!

Definitely no regrets when it comes to doing the things that are key for healthy living. Not gonna lie…I don’t necessarily enjoy every workout (for example, on hour+ of grueling lower body strength work that includes the prowler!), but I never regret it.

When I was getting sick my workout felt horrible. After I did realize that I should have cut it short that day. But usually I am happy for the pain I am in after a workout :-)
