Cone-Azalia 2011: flatted with Alex Vanias, got a wheel and TT'ed back on to the group, then got away with the break, and stepping on the podium at the end of the day.

What are nutritional tips you use to gain optimum performance?
Eat a balanced diet, get at least 7.5 hrs of sleep, and be happy

Barry-Roubaix: A view from the back of the front

At about mile 42 of Barry-Roubaix last Saturday I had a title picked out and I was working out the narrative in my head of how this blog post was going to go, but then I thought to myself, “Yo, ALAN!  You’re supposed to be racing your da#$ bike, not writing blog posts right now!”
