What's your history?
My mom and dad introduced me to cycling and I am glad they did. It's the will to do well that motivates me to continue training throughout the season.
Tell us about a memorable race experience.
I have never raced before, but I do remember a ride that made me very happy. I rode almost 35 miles and everaged 19 mph. I was happy with myself for working hard and not giving up on that ride.
What are 3 adjectives that describe your approach to your sport?
Excited to develop my skills, ready to compete, desire to win.
What are nutritional tips you use to gain optimum performance?
Make sure you are hydrated and bring a hydration drink on the side.
 
Give us some inspiration!
What motivates me is a desire to win and earn a scholarship for college. I love to ride my bike and challenge myself.
 
What is your single most important goal this year?
I really want to win at least one race!

Competing make me perform better.

Mental attitude

West Branch Road Race

Woke up at 4 am and started getting ready for west branch.  I got in the car and within an hour or two my mom was trying to stuff food into me:  cold hard boiled eggs, bananas, cereal, and protein shakes.
