The weather held out for 2nd Annual Lets Move Festival in Mt. Clemens over the weekend! 2800 people registered. Jeff Mira, Susan Sherwood and myself came out to participant in what was suppose to be rain & sleet! We were very happy to see the weather person wrong! http://www.letsmovefestival.com/

Clinton Township Blood drive.
The American Red Cross is preparing for Clinton Township’s community blood drive on Tuesday, March 13, and Wednesday, March 14, at six locations. Trekwomen Breast Cancer Awareness Ride in Warren, MIchigan

I had great news from the doctor today and should be back running and biking in a couple more weeks! It is good to have a doctor who is also a athlete when you get a bicycle injury! See you all soon!
