Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am 41 years old and live in Harbor Springs, MI. I am a partner in the law firm of Plunkett Cooney PC, am married, and have 3 kids- Ella (8), Jackson (5) and Teddy (1). I also have a 13 year old yellow lab named Lilly. I have competed in various running races including 43 marathons; various triathlons including 6 full ironman distance races; and various other cycling and nordic ski racing events. I love training, traveling to races, and the overall health and camaraderie that comes with this great lifestyle

Ran 40 miles to celebrate 40th birthday.
What are 3 adjectives that describe your approach to your sport?
Uhm, what is an adjective?
What are nutritional tips you use to gain optimum performance?

What is your single most important goal this year?
The New York City Marathon.

The thing I love most about competing is ____________.

N. Michigan Training report

Spoke with my pal Todd Anthes on Saturday.  He has informed me that he is, without question, the finest triathlete on not only this Team, but also in the MidWest, and Canada.

N. Michigan Training

Needed a little bit of inspiration as of late. Battling the flu, work, family, basically sucking, the usual excuses- until Chuck Gerzinkski (Note- it is improperly spelled Grzanka on the team site and in his blog) waxed poetic as to his domination of the Barry Roubaix.

Training tip

As I prepare for my 2012 assault as a new member of Team Priority Health I thought it would be prudent to begin some swim training- not having hit the pool since training for IM Wis in 2010.
