Peak2Peak and GR Marathon

Ok I am not crazy even though some may think I am.  Three weeks from now I am doing a 50 mile trail run in Virginia.  It will actually come out to 54 miles when all said and done.

Family Adventure trip to West Virginia

Just got back from an awesome trip to West Virginia at the New River Gorge.  We ran our trip through Class VI which is a fantastic company.

Big M XC Bike Race

Had a great weekend up in Manistee and finished with an 18 mile mountain bike race at the Big M trail.  It was a great fast course with a few climbs.

Winning isn’t everything
