Family Adventure trip to West Virginia
Just got back from an awesome trip to West Virginia at the New River Gorge. We ran our trip through Class VI which is a fantastic company.

Big M XC Bike Race
Had a great weekend up in Manistee and finished with an 18 mile mountain bike race at the Big M trail. It was a great fast course with a few climbs.

Winning isn’t everything
This morning I ran the TRex 10 mile trail run in Lowell for the first time. Thought it would be better to do my Saturday training run with people then alone.
