Something new!
Just registered for the Summer Quest Adventure race with another newcomer Kari. Race is this weekend which is good as it doesn’t give us much time to worry about it. Something about jumping in before the nerves kick in is a good thing. Really looking forward to something new…

Should I race?
Why is it such a letdown to miss a race that you had your heart set to do? I switched from being a racer to volunteering at tomorrow’s Muddy Watters trail race due to a case of poison ivy.

Possum 10K in GA
Completed the 10K race with my daughters yesterday. Not used to the southern humidity and how tired/sluggish it makes me. Race was good but makes me appreciate our nice summer running weather in MI.

Race in Roswell, GA
