What's your history?
I have been a bike mechanic for years, working in a shop, the Advantage Benefits Endeavour Prop Cycling Team, Priority health Pro Cycling, and Bissell Pro Cycling. I have raced bikes off and on for about 10 years and I live for gravel and dirt road races!
What are nutritional tips you use to gain optimum performance?
Topher Chase has me eating chia seeds... for the power.
 
Give us some inspiration!
I see a lot of gnarly stuff and sick people at work and as much as I love what I do for work, it really motivates me to crush it every day, realizing how quickly life can change.
 
What is your single most important goal this year?
goose 'er... every day!

Filthy Road Racing… UP Style!

Given that I have not raced since Barry Roubaix, I jumped on a recent opportunity to head to the homeland (the UP) this past weekend and lock horns with some of the local riders on the paved and dirt roads of Marquette County in the Ronde van Skandia.
