What a great week at Disney World with the goal of finishing another Marathon!!! On January 8th I and a few girlfriends traveled to Florida and enjoyed the warm weather and the marathon running through all four Theme Parks.

It was a great Priority Health morning at the Arts Beats and Eats 5k in Royal Oak. Thanks Katie and Roxane for traveling over to this side of town to run with Al, Jeff, Kelly and Myself. Anyone interested the festival goes all weekend and Priority Health will be there as well.

Run like a Mother 5k and 10k race….
Looking forward to helping out and running this Saturday May 7th at the Run Like a Mother event. This is a timed 5k & 10k run and 5k & 1 mile FUN walk! It is a great family event.
