| Tell us a little bit about yourself. | |
Hi. My name is Toni Musto and I will be a senior at Grand Valley State University. I'm majoring in exercise science and minoring in French. Besides cycling for priority health, I also enjoy competing in triathlons.
| What's your history? | |
I've been riding with the Priority Health team for five years. I was inspired to start cycling after I watched my older sister finish her first mountain bike race. I entered my first bike race at age 11 and haven't stopped racing since! Recently, I started competing in triathlons and hope to compete in the age group national championship this year.

A memorable race experience was placing 3rd in the road race at the Junior Road Cycling National Championships.
| What are 3 adjectives that describe your approach to your sport? | |

| What are nutritional tips you use to gain optimum performance? | |
I normally like to eat a few hours before a big race and I always carry extra gu's in case I need energy during a race. I really like power bar gel blasts and gu's.
