Tour de Leelanau Photo Contest Rules
Priority Health is looking for striking images of the Fourth Annual Tour de Leelanau race on May 25, 2008. The images may show pictures of the actual race or events before and after the race. Participants may submit an unlimited number of photographs for consideration.
The Priority Health Tour de Leelanau Photo Contest is open to all photographers, regardless of age, except employees of Priority Health, their immediate families and individuals living in the same household as such employees.
No purchase is necessary to enter and an entry fee is not required for photographs to be considered.
Deadline for submitting entries is June 6, 2008. If you are unable to post your photographs to the Priority Health Cycling Flickr pool, entries can be mailed to the address listed below and we will post them for you. Mailed entries must include your first and last name, address, phone number and email address. The deadline for submitting mailed entries will be June 4, 2008.

Representatives of Priority Health’s Marketing Department will judge all entries based on their overall excellence. The winning entry will be announced on June 27, 2008. A representative of Priority Health will notify the winner by phone, email or mail.
One prize will be awarded for the winning photograph. Prize will be $500.00 and the winning photograph will be on the cover of the 2009 Tour Trumpet (the Tour de Leelanau program, distributed to over 30,000 people statewide).
Legal Conditions
By entering a photograph, participants warrant that their entries are original and do not infringe on any third party’s rights and the participant has obtained any necessary permissions from any third party if a third party or their property appears in the photograph.
Priority Health is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, misaddressed, incomplete or ineligible entries.
Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Priority Health.
By participating in this contest, participant agrees and consents that Priority Health and its affiliates may use their photograph or any reproduction thereof, in any form, style or color therewith, including the use of their name as they may select. The consent and release is given without limitation upon or liable for, any use for advertising, illustration or publication of every kind, or in trade or for any purpose. Participants further agree that such visual material and/or the originals thereof shall be and remain the exclusive property of Priority Health. After the photograph is released pursuant to this authorization, Priority Health cannot prevent the redisclosure of that material. The participant further releases Priority Health from any and all liability arising directly or indirectly from disclosure permitted by this authorization and/or any redisclosure of that material.
Participant releases Priority Health, its employees and affiliated individuals from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action of whatsoever nature, including but not limited to claims of negligence against Priority Health from or in any way related to the release of its image.
