Looking to improve your health or inspire others? Then we may be looking for you.
We are creating a team of Champions for Team Priority Health, who are looking to improve their health or inspire others. What’s the catch? You have to share your story, attend a few community events or races and spread the word about health and wellness.
If you are chosen as a champion, you’ll receive free team gear, free entries into different events or races and be featured on teampriorityhealth.com.
How to enter:
Send us an email telling us your story, including why you are looking to improve your health or inspire others to improve theirs. You’ll also want to include an explanation of why you believe you should be chosen, what your goals are and what you are trying to accomplish.

By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these promotion rules.
No purchase is necessary and an entry fee is not required. Entrants must be a United States citizen and at least fourteen (14) years of age to enter. This promotion is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Priority Health, their relatives and individuals living in the same household as a Priority Health employee are eligible to participate in the contest.

You’ll also want to include an explanation of why you believe you should be chosen, what your goals are and what you are trying to accomplish.

Deadline for submitting entries is April 30, 2013.
Finalists will be contacted by a representative of Priority Health to schedule an interview. Champions will be chosen after the interviews have been completed. The winners will be notified by telephone and also posted on our website, www.priorityhealth.com.
Judge(s) will be judging the entries on enthusiasm, personality, and experience with utilizing the Internet and social media and desire to share their story.
Each of the Priority Health Champions that are chosen will win Priority Health exercise apparel and entry into two races chosen by Priority Health. The Champions will agree to blog about their race experiences on Priority Health’s website.
Priority Health is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, misaddressed, incomplete or ineligible entries.
Upon being selected, entrants will be asked to sign a Participation Agreement, which, among other things, allows Priority Health to use his/her name and likeness for publicity without any additional compensation. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Priority Health has the right to publicize and broadcast his/her name, voice and likeness, the fact that he/she competed and all matters incidental thereto.
By entering this contest, each entrant forever discharges and releases Priority Health, its employees and affiliated individuals from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion, including without limitations, responsibility for property damage, loss of life or personal injury resulting from or in connection with participating in the promotion or from or in connection with use or receipt of the prize, however caused.
In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Priority Health are final and binding.
Program rules are subject to modification by Priority Health, in its sole discretion effective upon announcement.
