International Tour de Toona
The International-Tour de 'Toona bicycle race was created nearly 20 years ago as
a one-day race to energize and rally the Altoona community behind an athletic
event the city could call its own. Initially called the Tour de 'Toona, its
original goal was to draw people into downtown Altoona in the dog days of
August.
