With seven stages and a total distance of 667 miles, the 2007 Tour de Georgia will be the longest in the Tour's history and one of the longest professional stage races in the U.S. this year. From April 16 to 22 the Tour de Georgia will visit 12 host cities which will provide the start and finish location for the seven stages.

Watch the race live online April 16-22
The race kicks off on Monday, April 16 and will be viewable online via the Adobe Tour Tracker at the Tour de Georgia's official site. View website.

Race highlights will also be featured on the cable station Versus April 28 and 29. Check back for regular updates from the race.


Stage 1: Peachtree City to Macon
Monday, April 16, 2007
97 miles. Start 12:00 noon, expected finish 3:30 - 4:00pm.

Stage 2: Thomaston to Rome

Tuesday, April 17, 2007
135 miles. Start 11:00am, expected finish 4:00 - 5:00pm.
Stage 3: Rome to Chattanooga, TN
Wednesday, April 18, 2007
118 miles. Start 12:00 noon, expected finish 4:15 - 5:00pm.


Stage 4: Chickamauga to Lookout Mt., Individual Time Trial

Thursday, April 19, 2007
18.9 miles. Start 11:00am, expected finish 11:40 am – 2:00pm.
Stage 5: Dalton to Brasstown Bald Mountain, Town County
Friday, April 20, 2007
107 miles. Start 11:00am, expected finish 2:50 – 3:30pm.


Stage 6: Lake Lanier Islands to Stone Mountain
Saturday, April 21, 2007
113.5 miles. Start 11:00 am, expected finish 3:00 – 3:45pm.


Stage 7: Atlanta Circuit Race
Sunday, April 22, 2007
77 miles. Start 1:00 pm, expected finish 4:00 – 4:30pm.
