Below is information about two new members of the U25 Team, J.j. Paquette and Alex Vanias.

Please welcome these two members to the team. Here is information provided by J.j.

"...some information about me would be I go to a christain school, I'm 15, my family and I moved at the beginning of last summer from Colorado to Berrien Springs Michigan. I got started into cycling about 2 years ago, and I did a race called Sunshine Hill Climb early spring in Colorado of last year and had the most fun at, and my dad and I like doing century rides together whenever we can fine one. A non-cycling hobby would be trying out knew coffee's, snowmobiling, and walking my dogs."

And an introduction to Alex:

"Well, let me see what I have to say about myself... I was born in Greece and then moved to the USA when I was little. After Kindergarten I moved back to Greece for another eight years or so, and then moved back to the USA starting in school here in 8th grade. I randomly started running Cross Country and Track in 8th grade even though I had no idea what they were... Eventually after much hard work and dedication I made it as one of the top runners in the state by placing 10th in the 5k at state finals with a time of 15:57, 8th in the 2-mile with a time of 9:41, and 10th in the mile with 4:27.

Some time in high school I decided that I loved cycling and saved up lots and lots of money to be able to participate competitively in the sport. Last summer was my first summer of racing bicycles so I will just mention the highlights of my first season. I ended up taking 10th overall at Fisk Knob, 26th overall at the State TT finals, 29th overall at the Willow TT, 3rd at the RR state finals, and 1st at the Meijer Grand Rapids Crit.

Oh yeah, I forgot to say I am studying mechanical engineering in Detroit at the moment. Those are the basics about what I do! I hope this isn't too much..."
