Doing an epic "face plant" during the 2010 Reeds Lake 10K and ending up in the hospital, for my health! |

With my Crohn's I pretty much eat nothing before a race. I can't! |

My kids motivate me. I didn't want to die just yet. It took years to put on a ton of fat, and I wasn't going to lose it in a few weeks. I had to make simple, reasonable, but real changes, over time. |

I'd like to lose 9 more pounds to drop a total of 110! |
