Sorry, Champion application for 2014 is closed.
What does the word “champion” mean to you? Does it make you think of Lindsay Vonn slaloming her way to Olympic glory? Or Serena Williams serving up another Wimbledon win? Maybe your idea of champions is the Detroit Red Wings, or even your kid’s soccer team.
It’s important to note that you don’t have to be an Olympian to be a champion.
Are you a champion at getting to the gym three mornings a week, even when they’re predicting eight inches of snow? Are you a winner when it comes to reaching your goal of running a 5K? Are you someone who’s accomplished lasting weight loss? Have you made it your New Year’s resolution to rediscover the fit and fabulous you?
If so, you’re the best kind of champion possible – and we want to hear from you. We’re looking for new Champions for Team Priority Health. Real people just like you who are looking to improve their health or inspire others.
What’s the catch? You have to be willing to share your story, attend a few community events or races in the coming year, and spread the word about health and wellness.
If you’re selected as a Team Priority Health champion, you’ll receive free team gear, and free entries into a variety of races and events. We’ll also feature your story on teampriorityhealth.com – the website of champions.
If this sounds like the perfect New Year’s plan for you, apply today. Tell us why you’re looking to improve your own health, or inspire others to do so, and explain your goals for the coming year.
How to enter:
Tell us your story, including why you are looking to improve your health or inspire others to improve theirs. You’ll also want to include an explanation of why you believe you should be chosen, what your goals are and what you are trying to accomplish.
